The general conditions of sale detailed below (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Sales”), exclusively govern the contractual relations between any user of the site fionavani.fr (hereinafter referred to as a “User” or “You”) and the fionavani.fr merchant belonging to the commercial enterprise whose trade name is “FIONA VANI” and whose head office is located at 48 Boulevard Séverine, 31190 Auterive. fionavani.fr may be punctually brought to modify some of the provisions of its general conditions, so it is necessary that they be read at each visit to the site fionavani.fr. These modifications are effective from the time they are posted online and can not be applied to contracts previously concluded. Each purchase on fionavani.fr is governed by the general conditions applicable on the date of the order. We consider that by validating your order, you unreservedly accept our terms and conditions of sale after reading them.

Product Information

fionavani.fr takes the utmost care in placing information on the essential characteristics of products online, in particular by means of technical descriptions from its manufacturers and suppliers, and photographs illustrating products, within the limits of the technical and in the respect of the best standards of the market.


The sales prices indicated on fionavani.fr are in euros and all taxes included but excluding shipping costs. Any shipping costs are indicated to the User as and when his choice of products and are billed at the end of the order in addition to the price of selected products. We reserve the right to change our prices to any moment but we commit ourselves to apply the tariffs in force which you will have been indicated on fionavani.fr at the time of your order. We inform you that in case of display of a wrong price, obviously derisory, whatever is the reason (computer bug, manual error, technical error …), the order will be canceled, even in case of initial validation.


You will note that we will honor your order within the limits of our available stocks. In the event that one of the products ordered is not available in our stocks, we undertake to contact you by email within 5 days from the date of your order to inform you and you indicate in what time frame, this product could, if necessary, be delivered to you. If some of the products ordered are temporarily unavailable, we will offer you a refund.
In case you are interested in a product out of stock a field allows you to enter your email address to be notified of its return in stock.

Delivery method

Your order will be delivered to you at the selected relay point or at home in Colissimo. When the item is indicated “In Stock” when placing your order, the delay between the order and the date of first presentation of the carrier at the specified place is the sum of 2 elements: 1. Packages are shipped within 72 hours following receipt of your payment. We process and ship orders on working days, Monday to Friday, except holidays. 2. the delivery time of your package by the carrier of your choice.


Delivery is offered via Mondial Relay for orders equal to or greater than 150 €

Shipments are made through Relais Points in France. Packages are delivered within 7 to 9 working days.  Click here to see the nearest Relay Point from your place.

An email or SMS notifies you of the arrival of the package in relay point concerning the delivery via Mondial Relay.

In case the package is not withdrawn within 15 days at the relay point, the return postage will be borne by the customer.

The delivery time in colissimo is 3 working days.

EURL FIONA VANI can not be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery.

In all cases, if the package is returned to the shipper, a second delivery will be made at the expense of the Customer.

If the parcel is returned to the sender again, it will not be returned to the Customer and the amount corresponding to this order, including the costs of any additional deliveries, will remain with EURL FIONA VANI.

No dispute relating to the delivery itself is possible if the package appears to have been delivered, the carrier’s register being authentic.

Secure payment

fionavani.fr has chosen to ensure payment security with Paypal and Stripe.

Right to retract. Satisfied or refunded

In accordance with Article L221-5 of the french Consumer Code, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the request for return. Beyond this period, returns will not be accepted.

The package must be returned within 14 days of the return request, the postmark being taken as proof. All packages whose stamp shows a date greater than 14 days will be refused.
Return costs are offered via the global relay platform but at the expense of the customer if he decides to return it by tracking package (only).

Once the goods are returned we proceed to the refund or exchange of products within a period of fifteen days.
To make a return:

– check products you want to return, specify the reason for the referral, then click on“generate a return”

– you will then receive a confirmation email from our team

– Then you can return your package to the address indicated on the return document in tracking package Please note that shipping costs will be at your expense

Once the package is returned in good condition and following the instructions above, FIONA VANI will refund the amount corresponding to the item (s) within 15 working days.

If an error on the product is proven, the cost of return of the customer will be refunded on proof.

In exceptional cases of reimbursement of return costs. FIONA VANI reimburses up to the minimum cost of a single Colissimo relating to the shipping area.

The return is at the Customer’s risk.

FIONA VANI reserves the right to refuse returns in the following cases:

– When the return label and package are sent beyond 14 days after the return request.

– When the item is not returned in its original packaging or in poor condition.

All reviews posted by fionavani.fr Users are monitored and moderated by the customer care team. Since the remarks infringe the law and the ethics (abusive publicity, defamatory remarks, insults, comments out of context …) fionavani.fr reserves the right to refuse or to modify the opinion concerned.
